4-6 weeks: If you keep the fracture site from moving too much when you are standing and walking the fracture should be non painful in 2 to 4 weeks. The bone will be healed(on x-ray) in between 6 to 8 weeks depending on your circulation. If you do not splint the bone and the broken bone edges move around it will take considerably longer.
