Diuretics- H20 pills: Swelling in the feet is usually caused by high blood pressure. See your general physician for evaluation of this condition. The second most common cause are varicose veins that may lead to the swelling or just poor circulation to your feet.

Put them up: One way to reduce swelling is to prop them up. Place a pillow or two under your ankles and that should help, but temporarily. More importantly, visit your doctor to learn the cause of the swelling. It could be medication you are taking and needs to be adjusted. There can also be circulation issues causing it.
