Not very: Cjd can not be transmitted by a cough or sneeze of even skin contact. It can only be transmitted if there is direct ingestion of the brain of infected people, or an animal with a similar disease. It can be transmitted with exposure to contaminated surgical instruments. Since normal sterilization does not work, this has been described but is very very rare.
