Brain: A disease associated with prion accumulation withh occasiional familial access, but most often sporadic. Affects brain causing gait imbalance and incoordiation, loss of intellectual fnctn, sudden limb jerking spontanioiusly or by startle, and often peculiar florrid hallucinations. Other body systems are spared.
