Oil Free, Soap Free: There is an abundance of facial cleansers for oily skin and there are many "best cleanser lists." however, an ideal facial cleanser for oily skin should be soap-free, fragrance-free, and oil-free. Some examples include elta facial cleanser, cetaphil for oily skin, and skinceuticals foaming cleanser.
