Best go to Dermatologist, but: daily wash in AM with Salicylic acid 2%. Put Cetaphil moisturizer lotion to all the face and Sunblock with Zinc Oxide on top. If you wear make up, apply the makeup on top of the sunscreen.Apply Adapalene 1% cream small amount to all the face at night. All the products are luckily over the counter. It may flake a bit for the first 4 weeks. If you have a rash. Stop it!
