What are the major health risks of smoking tobacco free sheesha / hookah?

If it is not: Tobacco, it depends upon what is being burned and what is inhaled. The hookah passes the substasnce through water, and could abstract aqueous soluble products, but not lipophilic ones. One needs to read the label of active ingredients. If you don't know; don't do it.
