Prozac (fluoxetine) side effects: may include: decreased appetite, nausea, diarrhea, constipation, upset stomach, GI bleeding, weight loss or weight gain, insomnia,^ anxiety or irritability, tremor, headaches, drowsiness, sexual dysfunction, decreased libido, triggering mania, hypomania, psychosis or OCD, hair loss, allergic reaction, hyponatremia, bruising, etc. There is an FDA warning for possible ^ in suicidal ideations.
