Not too bad: The side effects should be mild. The only usually encountered effect of stopping Prozac (fluoxetine) is a return of symptoms that were identified as being reasons for starting the Prozac (fluoxetine) in the first place. Prozac (fluoxetine) fortunately could be arguably one of the easiest antidepressants to discontinue. Talk with your doctor about your concerns!

Should be no problem: Prozac (fluoxetine) is a drug with a long half life. The longest in its class. Thus a discontinuation syndrome is rare. Even st a 60mgdaily dose i usuallly just stop the medication withiout a traper.
