Side effects: Irritability, headache, anxiety, nervousness, sleep disturbance, can decrease appetite, sex issues, nausea and list goes on and on. It is the most activating of the ssri's so like to use it in patients who need that extra boost. Can make migraines worse in some individuals.

Usually few: You can look up the whole list but the ones patients complain about most are sexual (delayed ejaculation or anorgasmia) and, infrequently, restlessness & agitation.
