Prozac (fluoxetine) overdose sx's: can include: nausea, vomiting, tremor, tachycardia, hypotension, delirium, drowsiness, coma, high fever, mania, syncope & reactions similar to neuroleptic malignant syndrome. An overdose can be fatal.
