See S-E list below: Notable side effects-sexual dysfunction, delayed ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, GI -decrease appetite, nausea, diarhea, constipiation, dry mouth. CNS insomnia or sedation, atgitation, tremors, headaches, dizziness. BPD pts. vulnerable to CNS activation. Most side effects-- immediate but often go away wi/time. Life threatening --seizures, mania, rare activation of suicide ideation/behavior
