It's no fun!: If it's not an exaggeration that you're "constantly" anxious, make an appointment with your doctor right away. It's not necessary to be always anxious, so get some relief by seeking professional help. Meditation (or "the relaxation response"), exercise, good diet, and other behavioral factors can help, as can cognitive-behavioral therapy and following your doctor's recommendations.

That is a bummer: That is quite a burden to feel anxious and worried about everything . Why not see a therapist and see if you can get help with these feeling. Therapy and perhaps medication may help you.
