2nd opinion: Your dr. May be correct but there are many things that could also cause this, from vascular to neurological, etc. If you are uncomfortable with his diagnosis, i always recommend a quality second opinion!

Neuropathy?: Tingling in extremities sounds more like a possible neuropathy. It would be extremely rare for neuropathy to cause this in your whole body. If you've been evaluated medically, neurologically, psychiatrically and nutritionally and not found help, you could consider getting a second medical opinion -- and also possibly seeing an experienced classical homeopath for assistance.
