Seek help now!: If you are with anyone, ask them to take you to a hospital er. If you are alone, call 911 or a help-line to provide assistance. Unless you don't really mean the "can't live like this anymore", you need help now. If it is only a phrase, then try to find better words. But still, you need to find good help. CBT: I see that you receive behavioral therapy. You might wish to talk to your therapist about cognitive behavioral therapy (cbt) which is very effective for anxiety. The cost is that cbt will require work on your part. The payoff: a life with hope and improved quality of life. Although anxiety can be crippling, with therapy it doesn't have to be. Take care.
