Go to doc ASAP: You may have suffered bruising or bleeding in the brain. Sometimes there are late consequences such as continued bleeding, brain injury, pressure build up inside the head-all serious enough to go to the doc/er asap. Afterwards, if headaches continue, consider an osteopathic exam: it can determine if bones in the head, neck, ribs, etc. Shifted/jammed. Manipulation can fix many of these, if found.

Head trauma: There may be some possible head trauma. Play it safe, get to the ER right now somehow, and explain what happened, tell them your symptoms and ask for an appropriate evaluation to rule out damage.
