Haven't had head trauma recently, but im 16 and have sensitive kidneys and have quick stabbing headaches, feel dizzy, and about once a month i feel i get punched in the face and loose vision. noises and light hurt i keep forgetting how to spell words?

Multiple complex : issues, require a comprehensive physicial exam, blloood and urine testing. Your symtoms are not really associated with any one specific illness; however, components of your issues may be stress or anxiety produced. Time to close your computer and make an appoinment with your primary care physician or get seen at your local urgent care center. You state that about once a month you get punched .
