Look at white of eye: More likely more info can be put with the around the mouth thing to help deride before you go spend money as the mouth would no be chosen alone to show signs. Greenish yellow tint to white if eyes, dark urine, clay colored stools. A lighting or discoloration around the mouth can commonly and normally be present after stenosis activity. If you have all signs see your doc especially GI probs there.
