How come when i take bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) and dramamine together i get a sensation of swelling in my ears or pressure?

Dramamine (dimenhydrinate): Drowsiness. If taken in large quantities, such as recreationally, it results in confusion & dissociation, although such experience is described as unenjoyable.
