Ear: It'd be unusual ton use bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) for ear infections unless you have an allergy to penicillin. Always a risk for c did with antibiotics. Make sure you find out why you're being told to take bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim). Definitely take a probiotic
