How can i cure early stage of bunions?

Don't think cure: Think "control". Bunions are largely caused by the faulty mechanics of your bone structure, caused by how you were built by your parents. Wearing comfortable, supportive shoes is a must. Get examined by a podiatrist. If the foot is that unstable mechanically, then having custom orthotics made wold be a course of action. May not cure the bunion, but it can help deal with what caused it.

Usually you can't: Cure what is already there as a bunion by definition is a bump. Hence, it is is a structural deformity that unless you remove it, it will remain. You can possibly prevent further progression of the bunion. Two ways: if your foot pronates ( moves into a flat direction) wear an orthotic. The second you can stretch the big toes by pulling the big toe away from the second toe. (see stretching adductor.

You can't : Bunions are structural deformities secondary to genetics and foot function. Improving foot function with good shoes and supports can help slow down the progression of the deformity. Discuss with your foot specialist. Dr l.

It is possible: A bunion is pain related to a prominence that may be inflamed. If the pressure is relieved from the area and the inflammation is relieved, the pain may go away. It is important to wear comfortable well fitting shoes.
