Crowded teeth pushing lateral incisors backwards.. what should i do?

See an orthodontist: The crowding if the lateral incisors are usually a sign of a more involved orthodontic problem. Best bet is to consult an orthodontist.

Orthodontics: Orthodontics will correct crooked teeth. You can look into having invisible aligners or standard braces.

Align teeth: Really you just have a couple of options. The first is to straighten the teeth out with braces or invisalign. Option 2 is to get a retainer. This won't straighten them out but it will keep them from getting worst. The last option is do nothing, but they will probably keep getting worst. Visit with an orthodontist to discuss your options and good luck.
