Ramipril/tooth extra: It is not a good idea, if you stop ramipril your BP will go up and you will bleed more.

Depends: Are you having sedation or "novocaine"? Typically when havingf sedation, you will not eat/drink prior to surgery...Pills can be taken afterward. Not necessary to stop your med, but there may be an underlying reason, related to your med status, to stop it prior to extraction. It's best to check with cardiologist/doc first.
