Finger skills: Experienced wearers use their thumb and pointing finger to grasp the lens and remove it. Some slide it to the side where it bunches up and is easily removed. If you are having difficulty, ask a friend who is skilled at this to show your technique. There is a brief learning curve but you will quickly become expert yourself.
