Bodily stress: Most diets dont work very well. Most people lose weight on a diet but gain that weight back and sometimes even more weight when the diet is stopped. Crash dieting puts a strain on our systems that try to keep us where we are...And that is our set point. The best solution is not to diet but to change our behavior to small meals with the proper nutrition and exercise.
