TMD: There are over 300 different kinds of headaches, and treatment depends on symptoms it can range from a bite guard to different medicines. A headache specialist, or dentist who treats headaches may be able to help, or write back with more symptoms.

Surgery: If the pituitary adenoma is actually the cause of the headache (which often occurs in gh-secreting tumors), then surgical removal (by an experienced neurosurgeon) would be reasonable.
