Headache co-morbid: Unless your pituitary is creating mass effect or causing hydrocephalus, both of which are unlikely, this is not the cause of your headaches, which are most likely migraine issues. Yes, have a neurosurgeon evaluate the pituitary, but also get treatment for your headaches.
