Then seek: For second opinion, pituitary adenomas require complex evaluation , if your doctor says you don't need surgery most likely you don't need it , however take a second opinion from a different pituitary surgeon which will put your mind at ease.

Headache co-morbid: Unless your pituitary is creating mass effect or causing hydrocephalus, both of which are unlikely, this is not the cause of your headaches, which are most likely migraine issues. Yes, have a neurosurgeon evaluate the pituitary, but also get treatment for your headaches.
