Hyperhidrosis: Antiperspirants are the cheapest treatment but don't work for everyone. Iontophoresis treatments can thicken skin to control sweating. Botox injections can control the condition but last only 4 - 8 months & are quite expensive. A dermatologist may be able to offer other solutions.

Options: Surgery can be quite successful for appropriate candidates. While done often by experienced thoracic surgeons (vats), it is chest surgery (major surgery). There are risks and benefits.
