Yes and may be : Yes it could be explained by the hyperactivity of the sympathetic system , that what caused the hyper- hidrosis. And yes when it is localized like your case in the palm of the hand, they can try to block the sympathetic nerve temporarily to the area, and if that works they can block it permanently . Of course every action has a reaction , that will come with side effect.No there is no cure.
