Is it normal to have the occasional pain in head? don't all people have it?

Yes but ...: Everybody has head pain at some point in their lives. The type of pain, frequency, location, etc., however, determine whether it is something to be concerned about. A brief sharp pain that happens once, but never again, might not be significant. A long-lasting pain that's 'the worst headache of my life' could be very significant, as are recurring head pains, & should be checked out right away.
