Prolapse surgery?: I think you are referring to a previous surgery on your bladder that may have eroded into the vagina. I am not certain if this is what you are asking. If so it depends on what type of material was used and what previous surgery was done. Likely you are referring to some type of vaginal mesh. Some are easy to repair and some are hard. See a Urogynecologist.
