Train specifically: Any workout only develops those muscles and qualities that are being used. If you want to be a faster runner, you need to run. If you want to be a faster swimmer, you need to swim. If you want bigger biceps, you need to work your biceps. Join a gym, meet with a certified personal trainer and explain what you are trying to achieve. The trainer will then develop a plan to get you there.
