Pressure / blood los: Hypovolemia means not enough fluid in the body. After trauma, this usually means blood loss from internal bleeding, fractures or external cuts. Shock means not enough blood and oxygen getting to tissues in the body. Again, this is usually due to blood loss in trauma and results in a low blood pressure. There are other uncommon causes of shock like spinal cord injury, but they are rare.
