ER/ trauma: Ear drowning person need not be seen in a trauma center. This person can be hand led in any er. Near drowning may not as ominous as drowning- after first aid emptying lungs of water, assessement to. E done whether the person has adequated oxygenation. If not appropriate measures be done.
