Get baby checked: There are a lot of possible reasons for this. Many babies vomit/reflux and are perfectly healthy. But, at one month, your doctor will want to make sure that the baby is gaining weight properly, not showing any signs of allergy, and not showing any signs of obstruction.

Consult pediatrician: Is it true vomiting rather than spotting or mild regurgitation? Concerns are 1) is baby on wrong formula, 2) has baby significant reflux or regurgitation from stomach (gerd) or 3) pyloric stenosis ( vomiting tends to be projectile)? Good luck, hope it does not turn out to b serious.
