After getting a pyloromyotomy and being on soy formula, my baby is still throwing up. what else do i do?

Happy or sad baby: I look at spitters as either happy or sad.The happy ones spit up but are willing to eat soon after.These have normal reflux which peaks around 4 mo and fades as they age. They grow and otherwise thrive.These can be left alone to grow.The sad spitters are sick, don't want to eat and likely have a medical problem.These need to be evaluated and treated.
