No, it's a tough one: Cushing's syndrome is a condition where your body makes too much cortisol (a hormone). A blood draw, 24 hour urine measurement of cortisol, midnight salivary cortisol measurement or a test called dexamathasone suppression test can be done to give you the diagnosis. Often time, you'll need multiple or all of the tests above to make an accurate diagnosis. It's one of the hardest diagnosis to make.
