Many: Facial plethora, acne, hypertension, weight gain, swelling, violaceous streaks, easy bruising, proximal muscle weakness, diabetes, central fat accumulation, elevated cholesterol, osteoporosis - all are manifestations of cushing's syndrome. The severity of symptoms and signs will reflect the duration and severity of steroid excess.
