Examine your goals: Kudos to you for staying active! are you questioning that you need more couch-potato time or has the exercise regimen become too all-consuming? Is there an underlying eating disorder? Are you exercising for stress relief or to stay/get in shape? Are you avoiding something outside the gym? Re-evaluate your goals so you can figure out how much "time in the gym" is too much?
