I play soccer and i got kicked very hard on the arch of my foot. it has happened 2 times now and now the veins are buldging out. is sumthing wrong?

I do not think so: Most likely the veins are bulging out from the healing process of the injury.

Varicose vein: Continued trauma to an area can cause blood vessels to become prominent. Especially if muscle atrophy has occurred. This can become a problem over time and i would recommend seeing a specialist to see if they need to be ligated. Your pcp, plastics and some podiatrists are familiar with this simple procedure.
