A member asked:

What should i do about reflux after gallbladder removal surgery?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See your doctor: I do not know how long ago your surgery was. Early after gallbladder surgery there may be an adjustment period of abdominal gas or pressure feeling which resolves in a few weeks. Later, if heartburn is still an issue, then see your doctor for antacid medication, and may need a gastroenterology evaluation for other conditions such as hiatal hernia.
