A member asked:

What foods are really bad for diabetics?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

High carbohydrate: Generally foods that are high in carbohydrate are considered the worst for diabetics. Of these, bread of all types is problematic as it causes a rapid rise in blood sugar. Fried foods also should be avoided secondary to high caloric value. A lot of information can be gained here. http://www.diabetes.org/food-and-fitness/food/what-can-i-eat/.
