Be Mindful/Control y: Behaviors can be hard to change. But they can be changed with practicing mindfulness and with determination. So first you have to learn to control your emotions...Learn that each of your actions has consequences. So before you act, ask yourself: is this action right or wrong? So before you put food in your mouth ask this question each time. This requires presence of mind, also called mindfulness.
