Happens: You may hurt yourself: bite your tongue, break a bone, fall and be injured. Obviously not good: you need to have your seizures controlled by a neurologist.

Happens a lot: There is increased risk of injury or worse if no one is around. But you can't live life in a fish bowl, under constant surveillance. Seizures alone happen a lot, and the vast majority of folks come through it ok.
