Fluids, fiber and ex: Maintain adequate fluid intake. Adequate fiber in diet. 30 minute walking/day, senokot-s or equivalent if needed, ff problem persists see your physician as other issues may be at play.

Risperdal: Also, it u r taking medication to combat side effects of risperdal, such as cogentin, (benztropine) it could be a factor.
