Organ meats: Yes that's right. Organ meats such as liver are great sources. But unless you enjoy eating that kind of food, i recommend a pharmaceutical grade methyl-b12. I do not lke the cyano B12 becuase of the cyanide group attached to the b12. B12 is also known as cobalamin.
