Can't say for sure: Normal values are 200 - 900 pg/mL, so 160 was low. How each individual responds is different, so we really can't predict what your level is now, but it is probably in the normal range. I would GUESS it would be 200-300 pg/mL now. I presume you have special circumstances, lack of antibody needed for absorption, that require injections. Most folks can take oral supplements. Best wishes:)
