Don't smoke. Allergy: Do not smoke if you have been. Make sure allergies are not a confounding issue. You probably should have pulmonary function tests, pre/post bronchodilator. See your pcp!

Treatment includes bronchodilator and steroid inhalers as well as oxygen therapy, if your oxygen level is low. You need to see your doctor for treatment as other treatment depends on your symptoms. There is no cure and it is a slowly progressive disease so see your doctor.
