COPD...: Chronic bronchitis is a form of copd. Treatment usually consists of bronchodilator inhalers as well as steroid inhalers. Supplemental oxygen therapy is used if the oxygen level is low enough to warrant it. Other treatments depend on symptoms present. Smoking cessation is necessary. There is no cure but treatment can control symptoms. Pulmonary rehab may be prescribed by your doctor as well.

Quit smoking: If you are smoking you should quit. The treatment depends on what kind of symptoms you have-- for wheezing beta agonists, for cough suppressants, fever antibiotics, for excessive mucus mucolytics etc.
