ECG abnormality: Lafb means that there is slowed conduction down one of the two fascicles that conducts electricity to the left ventricle of the heart. These 2 fascicles make up the left bundle. Another fascicle goes to the right ventricle (right bundle). Lafb can occur innocently or it can occur as a result of injury to the part of the intraventricular septum where it resides.
